We keep your key safe, open for cleaning or technicians, and perform regular checks. After each visit, you will receive a brief update, often with photos, so you always know how your property is doing — wherever you are.

Do you rent out your property? Then we assist with a smooth handover to guests, a clear explanation, and, if desired, a final cleaning and linen change. Are you arriving yourself after a busy period? Then we ensure the house is fresh, we can ensure the refrigerator is filled, and small jobs are taken care of. And if there has been severe weather, we will make an extra round so you immediately know if everything is still in order.
